The fine and rare Historic Plate “WA” 57 is proudly offered for sale by www.WAhistoricplates.com.au on behalf of a valued client.

Originally issued to The Swan Brewery Company in 1906, Historic Plate WA “57” was first registered to a Mann Steam Wagon to a St. George’s Terrace, Perth address.

This Historic link with WA’s past was subsequently offered in modern times at WA’s The Great Plate Auction 1985, held on June 2nd.

Conducted at the Perth Entertainment Centre, the auction was described in the beautiful catalogue as-

“an extraordinary opportunity to participate in a unique event and secure a valuable and historically significant Western Australian number plate.”

Fittingly, Lot number 57, WA “57” was sold under the hammer at WA’s The Great Plate Auction 1985 and has had 2 owners in 26 years.

Your chance to write a new chapter in this plates’ history is presented to you today, with a very special, unrepeatable opportunity to invest in a 2-digit plate at what is possibly mainland Australia’s most attractive 2-digit Historic Plate price.

Victorian and NSW 2-digit plates, on the rare occasion they are offered for sale, trade in the range $180,000-$350,000 and up, depending on the numeral combination and how "low" the number is.

We have sold four 2-digit SA Historic Plates so far this year for over $105,000 each including transfer fees, making this blue chip WA plate a very astute entree into 2-digit Historic Plate ownership at it's asking price.

Offered for $69,000 (+ fees) this is Australian 2-digit Historic Plate investing at the ground level, and a very attractive opportunity for the motoring enthusiast or WA or interstate plate investor.

With the WA economy booming and a growing interest in WA Historic Plates as an investment, we are sure the astute buyer of this plate (and indeed anyone who missed out) will look back in the years to come and lament about how well bought WA “57” was today.

Priced very realistically with significant room for future value growth, this is a truly great 2-digit investment opportunity.

Note: actual plate may vary to image to comply with WA licensing regulations.
